I'd like to share with you my recent backwashing filter experience :)
For those who are not familiar, filter backwashing activity usually will be carried out in every 7days.
Why do we have to back wash our outdoor filters?
It is because, we need to flow out those rust, clorin and bacteria that had been filtered for a week time.
From this process you will see how much rust in a week that you've collected!
For our Apollo Filter, (the grande jumbo sized with rocket looking filter) you'll find a nozzle. Just turn that nozzle to "Back wash" fuction and taadaaah.. Wait for about few minutes till you see crystal clear water turns into apple juices color!

You may now evaluate Malaysia's water quality.
